Tuning these values changes how aggressively the attribution and risk engines report findings.

SAHYOG drafting floor60%

Minimum governed confidence before a SAHYOG request can be drafted. Verdicts that fall below this floor are export-only.

Maximum trace depth6 hops

Deeper traces can find a VASP endpoint but take longer and may hit provider rate limits.

Maximum addresses traced30

Stops the trace after this many unique wallets have been fetched.

Methodology note

Mudra Trace combines public address-label datasets with live on-chain data. Risk and attribution scores are computed by summing per-signal log-likelihood ratios and applying a logistic transform.

Signals labelled Published prior cite FATF/OFAC guidance or open academic work (e.g. Meiklejohn et al. 2013 for Bitcoin common-input clustering); signals labelled Provisional are capped heuristic weights that have not been calibrated against reviewed case outcomes.

Where PublicAML returns an AML score for a wallet, the displayed risk score blends that score with this app's local behavioural detectors (layering, peel chain, rapid movement and similar).
